Apparently they will deliver up to 14 miles south of their location, but will not deliver only 4 miles north. The first person to answer the phone seemed as though she was getting a call from her parole officer and didn't want to answer the phone. Then another person got in the phone and said "that's just how it is...take it up with cooperate." Most rude and discourteous people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

They run hot and cold on customer service. I'll get 3 fresh, hot deliveries, then a cold one. I've called and complained and they tighten up but sooner or later, the bad service tears its ugly head again. That said, when they're on, they make a very good pizza. I suggest trying the White Cheesy on thin crust. Very tasty.

My wife and I get Marco's about twice a month, today we picked up our standard order of large half pepperoni half cheddar cheese and we were disgusted. The pizza was so greasy that the bottom of slices were wet and soggy. I called the store and the manager on duty said "that's the way it comes, the pepperoni does it." I told her that I have been getting pizza from there twice a month for over a year and it has never been like that. She told me that they don't give out free pizza's and there is nothing she can do and no one can help me. I was very disappointed, both with the pizza and the customer service.
